Cedar and Sparrow™ will issue a full refund including GST and shipping for any damaged, or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or is for some reason is defective, please send Cedar and Sparrow™ a request return using the enquiry form on the Contact Us page for assistance with processing your return.

You must inform Cedar and Sparrow™ of any items that have been received in a damaged condition within five days of receipt (receipt date is the date recorded as the delivery date in the tracking records). Should we not receive your return request within five days we, unfortunately, will not be able to process your return.


Please note: we do not offer ‘change of mind refunds. Additionally, we do not refund payment or accept the return of any item which has been personalised.

We may provide returns for other reasons. If you feel you should be entitled to return items or items purchased from Cedar and Sparrow™ then please send us a message via the inquiry form found on the Contact Us page.

Any item or items that Cedar and Sparrow™ may consider returning must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.

Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.


FOR ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS: All Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items will be clearly identified on the site.



  1. Submit a return request via the Contact Us page. This will email our Customer Service directly. You must send your request within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
  2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 5 days from receiving the return form.
  3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in the original condition and/or have the issues stated in the return request.
  4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and your bank).


In Summary:


  1. Essentially only orders that have been damaged during the shipping process will qualify to be returned for a refund.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse any return if received in an unacceptable condition.
  3. We will not, under any circumstances, consider the return of any product that has been personalised.
  4. We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
  5. We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged during the return postage process, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
