Delivery & Returns


Cedar and Sparrow™ set out to make sure your gifts arrive on time. We make it our goal to deliver the perfect gifts in advance so you can turn your attention to other things.

For weddings, we ask for two months’ notice for large orders. That said, we can make deliveries in less time if we are consulted first. For very last-minute orders, there may be an additional charge depending on how busy we are at the time. Remember, we make each order personally, so that takes some time and effort.



We cannot take back items that have been customised for you. Those items are unique, and we are not able to resell them.

Of course, if there has been a production error on our side, then we will accept the return and replace it with the correct item.

We ask you to be very careful and check the spelling of the names. We suggest you always ask at least one or perhaps two people to check the spelling of all words and most importantly the spelling of the names.

We make our gift boxes with care and will do everything in our power to get them right, so you don’t have to worry about a return. We want these gifts of love to be cherished forever by your friends and family.
