Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cedar and Sparrow™. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Cedar and Sparrow™ ship anywhere in Australia, and will endeavour to make sure it gets there on time.

We take great care in packing your order and ensuring its safety, however, should you receive your order and any item is damaged, please contact us immediately on receipt of your order and we will look into it further.

At Cedar and Sparrow™, we want to make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible, so you don’t need to worry. That’s why our team works hard to ensure your items are delivered on time, however, if for any reason we anticipate a delay with your order, we’ll make sure to let you know as soon as possible.

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 business days.

We will contact you if for any reason there are any delays.

3. Shipping Locations

3.1. Domestic Only

Cedar and Sparrow™ do not ship internationally at this time. We ship currently ship anywhere in Australia.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery date estimates commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order and deliver as promised.

(a) Express Shipping

The order will arrive within 3-5 business days. Express Shipping costs are dependent on size, weight, and delivery postcodes determined by our third party courier service – Sendle.

(b) Standard Shipping

The order will arrive within 5-10 business days. Standard Shipping costs are dependent on size, weight, and delivery postcodes determined by our third-party courier service – Sendle.

(c) Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

(ii) The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

(iii) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

(iv) Please ensure that you check the details you provide in your order before submitting? Carefully check your delivery address as Cedar and Sparrow™ will send your order to this address and will not be responsible in the event you have provided incorrect information in your order.

5. Tracking Options

Cedar and Sparrow™ aim to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipping process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipped to a destination outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Cedar and Sparrow™ are not responsible for any possible customs duties and/or taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to minimise any possible delays. All fees imposed during or after the shipping process is the responsibility of the customer (You). You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other fees including taxes, duties, levies, importation costs, or any other expenses associated with importing the order you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

7. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@cedarandsparrow.com.au.

8. Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Cedar and Sparrow™ respectfully request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at info@cedarandsparrow.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
